Hi Friends,

So usually the words Couscous and Comfort food don't really go into the same sentence, but I'm here to change that.

Today we're making a creamy, cheesy pearl couscous that has similar flavors to parmesan risotto. It's rich, delicious and I could eat the whole pot.

We've all had some gross versions of couscous in our life. Am I right? My husband didn't even want to look at it at first. However, he actually LOVED this recipe!
