Okay, I thought Summer was supposed to be chill?! This week we packed in my daughter's 10th birthday party, orthodontist appointments, and our poor dog had to get fixed. He's pitiful walking around all groggy with his cone of shame. Oh, and my husband has some kind of weird lingering cough that has turned him quite grumpy. EEK!

Anyways...

It's almost Father's Day, and I thought we would do a bit of a grill takeover, Blackstone Griddle Edition.

If you've used the Blackstone Grill, you know that it's probably the easiest form of grilling. It's my personal favorite and I cook on it constantly during the Spring and Summer. It's basically a giant skillet and so easy to use.
