WOW..did September fly by or what? October means food blogging season is here. It kicks off during apple season and doesn't stop until after Christmas.

Even though I share a lot of healthy recipes, google loves me best for my comfort food, so for me it won't slow down until March. Let me cook 🤪🤪

This week I made the weirdest recipe and I seriously can't get enough of it. It's a Pepperoni Pizza Stuffed Spaghetti Squash and you need to know about it.

It's so easy to make, with the hardest part being slicing the spaghetti squash in half. Why is it like that? OMG! It's baked until tender, then topped with pizza sauce, cheese, spices and crispy pepperoni for an amazing combo!

Another favorite Stuffed Squash recipe is this Acorn Squash stuffed with Sausage and Apples. It's super festive for Fall and packed with nutrition.
