5 Back to School Dinners

30 Minutes and Under!

Simply Made Eats by Tara

If you feel like you haven't taken a deep breath lately, I'm right there with you, so let's take one now together...

Between busy work schedules, school, sports and my dad having surgery this week (he's doing well), it just hasn't stopped.

I really try and do my best to cook at least 5-6 dinners a week, and if I'm going to pull that off, I need quick meals just like these.

To the Recipes...

This Week's Menu

Monday: Sweet Chili Salmon

Super easy to make with only 5 minutes of prep, and goes amazing with plain white rice and this Sriracha Avocado Salad. Plus, it's healthy and full of healthy fats.

Tuesday: Smashburgers on the Griddle

Cheesy with fried onions and Smashburger sauce all piled onto a brioche bun. Pop some tater tots in the oven for an easy side dish.

Wednesday: Marry Me Chicken Tortellini

A One Pot Dinner with the most delicious creamy pink sauce with sun-dried tomatoes.

Thursday: Turkey Burrito Bowls

Packed with protein from ground turkey and black beans and loaded with veggies.

Friday: Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

This is a kid favorite and mine would eat them everyday of the week. Pair them with a quick veggie like sliced cucumbers and some fries or tots.

That's it for this week. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Thanks for reading and Happy Cooking!

My car broke down this week too, so I've been driving my husband's giant truck and he is not happy about it. 😜😜 Right now I'm all about quick and somewhat nutritious dinners that I can throw on the table in under 30 minutes. I have a video series on...

Low Effort Labor Day Recipes Easy Recipes to Celebrate the End of Summer Simply Made Eats by Tara I'm not going to lie, I think I'm ready for Fall Weather. We've had a couple cooler days here in NC and I'm really enjoying it. I'm also getting obsessed with golf, which is much easier to play when it's not 98 degrees out. Has anyone had the pumpkin spice latte yet? I want to do it, but I'm holding off 🤣🤣 Enough Fall Talk...It's still technically Summer, but this will be my last official Summer...

One Pot Dinners Ready in 30ish Minutes Simply Made Eats by Tara I think all of us love a 30 minute one pot dinner.. Less mess and ready quick! Plus, it's really easy to build flavor if you do it right. I'm a burnt out mom on the second week of school and these recipes have been my go to ideas lately. I say 30ish minutes, because I'm not going to lie, I'm a really quick chopper and I don't mess around in the kitchen. If you're like my husband, it may take about 40 minutes. He's an amazing...
