Today I've got 5 easy high protein breakfast recipes for you. High Protein is so popular right now and I think it's worth the hype.

I've been eating high protein breakfasts and lunches for the past 6 months or so and have eliminated my 3 pm crash, that I thought was from caffeine.

Skipping breakfast isn't cool, and a few of these recipes only take 5 minutes, so there's no reason to miss it.

Easy High Protein Recipes

πŸ’ͺ Banana Peach Smoothie: 21 grams of protein and easy to whip up with just 5 ingredients!

πŸ’ͺ Bacon Egg Bites: 18 grams of protein per two egg bites. This is a great weekend breakfast and you can also meal prep them for the week ahead. Then, warm them up quickly on the weekdays.

πŸ’ͺ High Protein Pancakes: 19 grams of protein per 3 small pancakes. Plus, these don't use protein powder and we get the protein from real ingredients like cottage cheese, oats, eggs and milk.
