30 Minute Weeknight Dinners

For Busy Nights!

Simply Made Eats by Tara

Happy FriYAY!!!

For those of you just starting kid's back to school, I feel your pain. We've been at it for almost a month now and I'm already ready for Christmas break, haha!

My car broke down this week too, so I've been driving my husband's giant truck and he is not happy about it. ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ

Right now I'm all about quick and somewhat nutritious dinners that I can throw on the table in under 30 minutes.

I have a video series on social media right now, so if you're not following along please do! I'm pretty much on every platform, except snapchat, because I'm too old for that.

To this week's recipes...

30 Minute Dinners

Monday:

  • โ€‹Chili Mac: A cozy, one pot meal, that's also easy on the budget. It's cheesy, delicious and so simple to make!

Tuesday:

  • โ€‹Teriyaki Ground Chicken Lettuce Wraps: Super yummy and ready to eat in 20 minutes. These are low carb and high protein, but if you need more carbs at dinner, just pair them with Rice or a bowl of this 10 minute Chili Oil Ramen.

Wednesday:

  • โ€‹Chicken Fajitas: Make these on the blackstone or in the skillet for quick & tasty dinner.

Thursday:

  • โ€‹Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry: High in protein and nutrients from the shrimp and veggies. Time Saving Tip: Buy the shrimp peeled and deveined from the butcher or it can quickly turn into a 50 minute meal with much more mess. I like Argentine Pink Shrimp best if you can find them, with gulf shrimp as a 2nd choice.

Friday:

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading and Happy Cooking!

Between busy work schedules, school, sports and my dad having surgery this week (he's doing well), it just hasn't stopped. I really try and do my best to cook at least 5-6 dinners a week, and if I'm going to pull that off, I need quick meals just like these. To the Recipes... This Week's Menu Monday: Sweet...

Low Effort Labor Day Recipes Easy Recipes to Celebrate the End of Summer Simply Made Eats by Tara I'm not going to lie, I think I'm ready for Fall Weather. We've had a couple cooler days here in NC and I'm really enjoying it. I'm also getting obsessed with golf, which is much easier to play when it's not 98 degrees out. Has anyone had the pumpkin spice latte yet? I want to do it, but I'm holding off ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ Enough Fall Talk...It's still technically Summer, but this will be my last official Summer...

One Pot Dinners Ready in 30ish Minutes Simply Made Eats by Tara I think all of us love a 30 minute one pot dinner.. Less mess and ready quick! Plus, it's really easy to build flavor if you do it right. I'm a burnt out mom on the second week of school and these recipes have been my go to ideas lately. I say 30ish minutes, because I'm not going to lie, I'm a really quick chopper and I don't mess around in the kitchen. If you're like my husband, it may take about 40 minutes. He's an amazing...
