Sometimes I'm a bit of a skeptic over viral TikTok recipes. However, when it comes to pasta salad, I love trying new versions and my spin on the Grinder Pasta Salad did not disappoint.

The Italian Grinder Salad was going bonkers on TikTok last Summer and I developed my own version, so I knew the pasta salad would be so good.

To the Recipe..

Grinder Pasta Salad

This recipe features everything we know and love about the grinder sub, including deli meats, cheeses, and of course the creamy and tangy grinder salad dressing. This time, instead of the bread, we're doing pasta!

I'm pretty much exclusively calling this recipe "Man approved pasta salad" because it's the only pasta salad my husband has EVER liked. He even took the leftovers to work the next day. I was like what just happened?

His words exactly, "I like the meat and dressing. It tastes like a sub."
