Cooking on Busy Weeknights

Simply Made Eats by Tara

We've been super busy with sports after school and I've been relying on dinners just like these to get me through the week. They're ready in 30 minutes with loads of flavor!

To the Recipes...

Monday:

Salmon Lettuce Wraps: New to the blog and so delicious. They're light and fresh, but still super filling.

Tuesday:

This Cajun Sausage Spaghetti is spicy and whips up so quickly! Plus, it cooks all in one pot.

Wednesday:

Crispy Parmesan Crusted Pork Cutlets pair up with Creamy Garlic Parmesan Risotto for the ultimate match up! Total comfort food.

Thursday:

If you're watching football, or just zoning out like I do when it's on tv, this Walking Taco Casserole is a vibe for game day!

Friday:

Four Cheese Pasta is one of my favorite Friday night meals. It's so easy and soooo cheesy.

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading and Happy Cooking!
