October is Here

& so are the Fall Recipes

Simply Made Eats by Tara

October means Fall is officially here and so are the cozy recipes! Whether it's a good slow cooker meal, a pumpkin dessert or a glass of apple cider, the flavors of Fall are amazing!

Here are 7 of my favorite Fall Recipes right now that you've gotta try...

Fall Recipes

Let's kick things off with one of my favorite baking recipes, Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting. It screams Fall and it's seriously so good.

If you're thinking Apple desserts, try my Apple Blackberry Crumble.

Let's talk appetizers next, because this Phyllo Baked Brie with Fig Jam is ridiculously good. Serve it beside freshly sliced apples for dipping.

Can we call it soup season yet or is it too early? It's still 80 degrees in the afternoon in NC, so I've only made soup twice so far. I made this classic Pastina Soup and Green Chicken Chili. Both are delish!

Because it's been so hot still, we've been making these Apple Cider Slushies, which are so fun! Plus, only a few ingredients.

If you have minimal time to spend in the kitchen (I totally get it), make these Slow Cooker Beef Sandwiches. They were a big hit at our house and make a ton of beef for leftovers the next day too!

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading and Happy Cooking!
