We were at the beach a few weekends ago and if it wasn't so hot and sticky, I'd move there just to have access to fresh fish.

On the last day we found Surf City Crab Seafood Market in Surf City Beach, NC and it was incredible. It was located right next to the water and just packed full of fresh seafood. We grabbed Crab legs, flounder, oysters, and red snapper, and I haven't stopped thinking about it.

I've been making lots of seafood recipes and today I'm sharing some of my favorites.

Coconut Panko Cod

This is brand NEW to the blog and I love the island vibes it brings. It's ready to eat in 25 minutes and is pan seared with a crispy coconut and panko crust. Pair it with my Coconut Rice and Mango Pico de Gallo for the best flavors.

*This recipe would be great with Mahi Mahi or Halibut too!
