When it comes to hosting Easter, I'm not treating it like Thanksgiving, where I'm spending the whole day cooking and cleaning.

The last few years I've been smoking my Spiral Ham outdoors in our Traeger Pellet Grill, which is awesome because it keeps my oven free inside for side dishes. Plus, it's so easy and it tastes amazing!

For side dishes, we're talking easy, low effort dishes that taste incredible, and guess what...I've got all 4 recipes you need for this Easter.

The only thing I'm missing is the rolls (a must have with ham). I either grab frozen yeast rolls, get them fresh from a bakery, or if I have extra time I make Sally's baking addiction yeast rolls. This is a several hour experience though, so be ready.

To the Recipes...

Easter Side Dishes:

🐥 Glazed Carrots: This recipe is super popular on the blog every year, for every holiday. Large carrots are coated in honey and brown sugar, then oven roasted to perfection. Double this up for a larger crowd and make sure to serve other sides with it.

🐰 Hashbrown Casserole: No joke, this is the first recipe I ever learned to cook and I still make it today. It's so cheesy and takes about 10 minutes to prep.

🐥 Broccoli Crunch Salad: This one takes 15 minutes and it's a unique combination that I created in my mind that turned out really tasty. Lots of crunch and tossed in a homemade honey mustard dressing.

🐰 Hawaiian Macaroni Salad: Perhaps my favorite out of all of them. This macaroni salad uses minimal ingredients with a creamy and tangy sauce. It needs to sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving, so make sure and plan for that.
