No Bake Easter Desserts

Plus, my Easter Menu ๐Ÿ“‹

Simply Made Eats by Tara

When it comes to Easter, I'm always busy planning brunch and the main meal and sometimes forget about dessert.

We have to have something sweet, but also little effort on our end.

That's why I've got 4 AMAZING No Bake Desserts that are Easter focused and so easy to make without even preheating the oven.

To the recipes....

No Bake Desserts:

๐Ÿฐ Bunny Bait: An Easter Chex Mix that requires minimal ingredients and features cereal coated in white chocolate with marshmallows, m&m's and pretzels. It's kind of like the Easter version of Christmas Puppy Chow.

๐Ÿ“ Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits: A personal favorite! We're creating individual servings in mason jars and using vanilla pudding and pound cake for a bit more rich flavor.

๐Ÿชบ Homemade Peanut Butter Eggs: They're even better than Reeses and a must try! I love adding flaky sea salt to mine.

๐Ÿ Cream Cheese Marshmallow Fruit Dip: Only 5 ingredients and whips up in minutes. This recipe could easily be an appetizer or dessert. I like serving it with pineapple, strawberries and grapes.

My Easter Meal Plan to Keep Things Simple:

Breakfast/Brunch: We're not hosting, but I'll probably make this Brioche French Toast Casserole (5 minute prep then bake) with Bacon Egg Bites. Both are super easy and family favorites.

Easter Dinner (we are hosting):

Drinks: I'm not doing anything special, just loading up the garage fridge with juice, soda, bubbly waters, waters, beer and wine. If you want a fun cocktail, this Limoncello Spritz is a great Easter choice.

Appetizers: Cajun Deviled Eggs & Asparagus Puff Pastry

Main Course: Double Smoked Ham with Pineapple Glaze

*Even if you're baking the ham in the oven, toss that fake chemical glaze and make the pineapple glaze instead. It's soooo stinking good.

Sides:

โ€‹Cheesy Potato Casserole

โ€‹Glazed Carrotsโ€‹

โ€‹Hawaiian Macaroni Salad (this one needs to be prepped 2 hours ahead of eating)

I'm doing store bought or bakery rolls this year because we're doing an Easter egg hunt at my moms earlier in the day, and it will be too crazy to get them ready, but these Sally's Baking Yeast Rolls are my fave!

Dessert:

I'm making the Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits again. My family loves them. If you're making these, don't add the whipped topping until serving. I find they taste best when you prep them earlier in the day and eat them for dessert.

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading and Happy Easter!
