Easy Holiday Brunch Recipes (& Breakfast)

Simply Made Eats by Tara

The Countdown to Christmas is here! I feel like Breakfast and Brunch Recipes are easy to forget about, but we still need them. Don't forget to grab the ingredients.

I'm all about low effort recipes on Christmas morning, like casseroles with little prep work.

Today I'm sharing 3 brand NEW recipes that I just added to the blog and 4 recipes that are always my MOST POPULAR year after year.

Let's get to it...

New Recipes

All three of these use store-bought dough, which makes life so much easier.

When my kids were little I wanted to start a tradition of homemade cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning, but after a few years of it becoming too much of a chore, I switched over to easier recipes, and guess what? They still love me the same amount ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ and think I'm the same level of crazy!

It's nice to do things extra things over the holidays, but not when it makes one person insane. Homemade Cinnamon Rolls that needed to be started at night after our Christmas Eve Party = Insanity

We started a new tradition this year of each of us picking a Christmas movie on Saturday nights and watching it together in the living room. It's rare we are all together at night, and it's a simple thing we can do together.

Okay, back to the recipes...

These Cherry Cheese Danishes are so delicious and are made with Pillsbury Crescent Dough! Crazy right? They feature a sweet cream cheese center and are topped with whole cherry pie filling.

I also made homemade Pop Tarts on Puff Pastry with Christmas Sprinkles that my kid's loved!

Next up is for my people who love quiche and spinach & artichoke dip. They had a baby and made Spinach and Artichoke Quiche and it is GOOOOOD! Tip: Get as much water out of the artichokes as possible to avoid soggy crust.

Most Popular Brunch Recipes

These get attention year after year on all my social media channels and Pinterest. I'm not going to lie, they're all delish!

That's it for today. I'll be in your inbox tomorrow with Christmas Dinner recipes! Ham, potatoes, & more!

Thanks for reading and Happy Cooking!
