Don't worry guys..I'm not going all gym bro on you with macros and only boiled chicken and veggies.

I believe in balance, which to me, means controlling portions, but basically eating whatever I want, while being mindful of my choices.

One day I might eat super clean with salmon, rice and broccoli for dinner, then the next the day I'm eating chicken and dumplings and maybe a brownie. I'm not going to feel bad about it, but I'll make sure I'm getting enough nutrients the next day and staying active.

We get one life and I like good food πŸ€ͺπŸ€ͺ
