Mother's Day Approved Recipes

From Morning til Night

Simply Made Eats by Tara

Mother's Day is here, and it's during the craziest month for Moms (sports, school testing, graduations, parties). Since I'm talking to a lot of moms here, it's our day and we can do what we want. I struggled so bad with this when my kids were little.

I was always entertaining at my house for the grandma's and cooking and cleaning all day, but this year I'm not hosting ๐Ÿ˜„ My kids are older and I have less mom guilt now...It's awesome, hahah!

Now, because I know a lot of y'all are still hosting, here are some of the easiest recipes to make for Mother's Day (or you can make dad and the kiddos make them).

Brunch Ideas

This Ham and Asparagus Quiche is perfect for Spring and uses a store bought pie crust and fully cooked ham steak. It's so easy and turns out fluffy and cheesy!

This Blueberry Dump Cake is brand NEW to the blog and it's only 4 ingredients. I highly recommend the lemon curd whipped cream to serve on top too. It's like a cobbler meets cake and the texture is a lot like a warm chocolate chip cookie. Sooo good!

These Lemon Bars are my mom's favorite and it reminds me that I need to make them for her.

I just made this Banana Bread with Streusel Topping and it was gone in less than an hour. It's great for brunch or dessert and can be made a day ahead.

That's it for this week. Thanks for reading and Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there. I hope your family makes you feel so special because you deserve it ๐Ÿฉท
