The McDonald's Menu Item that has the Internet Going WILD

Snack Wraps are Back

& Easy Summer Sides

Simply Made Eats by Tara

The McDonald's Snack Wrap is back and the whole internet is talking about it. It's seriously so simple, but also really delicious, and you know I've made a copycat version, and it's even better!

You probably remember these on the menu about a decade ago. There's a regular one and a spicy version.

I've went with the traditional snack wrap that features crispy chicken, ranch dressing, lettuce, and cheese wrapped up into a tortilla. They are seriously so good!

Easy Summer Sides

As the start of school gets closer, I'm trying to really soak these last few weeks up and I'm caring less and less about dinner.

We've been grilling like crazy to save time and mess in the kitchen and I'm pairing the meat or fish with easy side dishes like this:

Asian Avocado Salad: New to the blog this week and features a sriracha mayo sauce and only takes 10 minutes to make.

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries: They only take 5 minutes to prep, then let the air fryer do the work.

Mexican Rice in the Rice Cooker: Another quick prep recipe & start up that rice cooker to finish the job.

Melon Salad: Cantaloupe and watermelon come together for a quick summer salad!

That's it for this week. I'm off to the mall today for school shopping. Wish me luck..I need it with these two girls (ages 10 and 14). Anyone want to guess how many breakdowns they will have? I'm thinking in the 2-4 range 😬😬😬

Thanks for reading and Happy Cooking.
